Manchester City welcomed West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a win at home in the Premier League. The Mancunian giants made a great start to the game and scored the opening goal in the fifth minute when Erling Haaland found the back of the net. Tijjani Reijnders doubled his side’s advantage in the 38th minute as Man City went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.

Haaland added another goal for the home side in the 69th minute as Man City secured a solid 3-0 win at the Etihad.

LB: Nico O’Reilly – 6.5/10

He performed his defensive duties well and was tidy with his ball distribution.

CM: Bernardo Silva – 6.5/10

Silva worked hard defensively but lacked quality in the final third.

CM: Nico Gonzalez – 7/10

He made a couple of important interceptions for Man City at the centre of the park.

Reijnders managed to shine at times in the final third and was responsible for doubling his side’s advantage in the 38th minute.
