Travel to Barcelona
All those travelling to Barcelona will require a valid passport and must have an 'expiry date' at least three months after the day you plan to leave the Schengen area. For more information, please visit the government website.
We advise reviewing the requirements prior to entry. Additionally, it is recommended to obtain travel insurance prior to entering the country.
Arrival into Barcelona
Money - currency is the Euro (€). Card/contactless payments are widely used throughout the city.
Taxi - Uber is widely used throughout the city.
Bus - dependent on the terminal you arrive at, there are direct bus links to La Rambla.

Travel to Spotify Camp Nou
Stadium Address: Les Corts, 08028 Barcelona, Spain
Supporters are welcome to travel to the stadium via their preferred transport arrangements. We recommend using the Metro as this is a direct line from La Rambla.
Operating hours: 5am to midnight (Monday - Thursday). The below station stops are both located on the green line.
Recommend Station for La Rambla: Drassanes
Recommended Station for Spotify Camp Nou: Palau Reial. This is roughly a ten-minute walk to the stadium.
On arrival at Spotify Camp Nou
All Newcastle United supporters are advised to arrive in good time. Those with valid tickets in the away end will be directed towards Entrance L (North End of the Stadium).

Upon arrival, there will be a visual ticket check and a search conducted by the Barcelona stewards. You will then be directed by the stewards and police towards the away end. There will be Newcastle United stewards and staff to support at the ground.
Flag policy at Spotify Camp Nou
Flags and banners under 2x3m in size are allowed but may be subject to search upon entry. If your flag is above the advised size, please send the size (along with the fire safety certificate) through to supporter.services@nufc.co.uk no later than Friday, 13th March.
Strictly no flags or banners may contain any political writing, display symbols or images that may be deemed culturally insensitive.
Bag policy at Spotify Camp Nou
No bags larger than A4 (30xm x 20cm x 10xm) will be permitted entry. Any bags brought in will be searched.
Please note, there is no bag storage facility.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the stadium.
Food and drink at Spotify Camp Nou
Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the stadium kiosks. Cash and card payments are accepted.
There will be no alcohol for purchase within the stadium grounds.
Information for disabled supporters
Disabled supporters are advised to enter through to Entrance V where a Newcastle United official will greet you and bring you to your seats.
If you are arriving via the Metro, please head towards Av. Aristides Maillol and make a left turn on Travessera De Les Corts to the accessible entrance.
If you are arriving by car, please advise of your car model and registration number to accessibility@nufc.co.uk no later than 13th March.
Please note, there are no wheelchair bays within the away sector.
The wheelchair-accessible seating is in a designated area, with personal assistant seats positioned directly beside the wheelchair user spaces.

Following the game
Newcastle United supporters will be held back between 30-60 minutes after the full time whistle. We encourage supporters to remain in their seat unless they are using the facilities in the stadium.
Police
Local police in Barcelona will be positioned both inside and outside the stadium and have overall charge of the fixture.
Safety
Barcelona is an overall safe and welcoming city. We have been advised to avoid the South End of the stadium, particularly around where their ultras congregate. Please avoid this area at least two hours prior to kick off.
With any city you travel to, it is important to be aware of your surroundings for pickpocketing and stay vigilant. Please take sensible precautions when travelling through the airport, railways stations, around the city centre and when using public transport.
We do advise to always keep your passport on you; however, a copy of your passport will be suitable.
Cultural awareness
It is important to be aware of your behaviour particularly around historically important locations and monuments. We ask you not to be disrespectful or disruptive in or around such areas as this may result in police action.
