Inter Milan look to be big favourites in the Supercoppa Italiana final, but AC Milan will hope for a “Conceicao effect.”

The Nerazzurri booked their place in the final with a victory over Atalanta in the semifinal.

The Rossoneri, meanwhile, came back from a goal down to beat Juventus in the other semifinal.

The manner of Inter’s victory over Atalanta gave a clear indication of why they should be considered favourites this evening.

The Nerazzurri have won the Supercoppa in each of the last three seasons.

And against Atalanta, there was no doubt as to why that is.

Inter look fired up for the Supercoppa yet again. They very much played like the team that won the Serie A title in dominant fashion last season.

Milan, on the other hand, still looked like a work in progress in their semifinal against Juventus.

That’s to be expected with Sergio Conceicao not even having been Rossoneri coach for a full week yet.
