Inter Milan star Federico Dimarco claimed the Serie A Player of the Month award for January after a series of outstanding performances.
According to FCInterNews, Dimarco left several established Serie A stars behind, including Adrien Rabiot and Jonathan David.
Cristian Chivu has re-established the 28-year-old as one of the most industrious wingbacks in Europe’s top-five leagues.
Indeed, the Romanian coach has breathed new life into the Italian star following an underwhelming 2024/25 season under Simone Inzaghi.
For perspective, Dimarco has already tallied six goals and ten assists in all competitions so far this term.
That’s already more goal contributions than he had in the entire 2024/25 campaign.

Federico Dimarco reigned supreme in January.
Indeed, he racked up a jaw-dropping three goals and three assists in five Serie A appearances last month.
It’s not often you see such numbers from a player operating primarily as a wingback, yet Dimarco made it look effortless.
