As the Corriere della Sera note, there is a major financial incentive for Inter and Juventus at the Club World Cup.

FIFA have made participation in the tournament very lucrative indeed.

As the Corriere della Sera note, in the absolute worst case scenario, Inter Milanwould rake in revenues of €24 million from participation.

That could rise with positive results and progression in the tournament.

Meanwhile, for Juventus the minimum amount would be €20 million.

Naturally, this comes as a boost for the two Italian clubs’ efforts to improve their financial situation. And also potentially reinvest in the transfer market this summer.
