Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is expected to meet with club directors today, as multiple sources claim Al-Hilal are increasingly confident of securing an agreement with the Italian tactician.
Inzaghi and Inter directors will meet today, a gathering that could determine the coach’s exit exactly four years after his appointment as the Nerazzurri’s head coach.
Gazzetta is among the Italian sources suggesting that the Italian tactician is likely to accept a big offer from Saudi side Al-Hilal.
The meeting between Inzaghi and Inter executives is scheduled to take place on Tuesday afternoon.
Inzaghi won one Serie A title during his time at Inter, plus two Coppa Italia and three Supercoppa. He also reached the Champions League Final twice, in 2023 and 2025.
According to Gazzetta, Inter are expected to decide on their coach by Thursday, whether it will be Inzaghi or somebody else.
The Nerazzurri would like to continue with Inzaghi, but the Italian tactician is seriously considering leaving the club.

Following a 5-0 loss against PSG in the Champions League Final on Saturday, Inzaghi said he was unsure whether he’d lead the team in the upcoming Club World Cup.
“I don’t know how to answer that question [going to the Club World Cup]. I came here to speak as a sign of respect and politeness after this defeat that was very painful,” he said in a post-match press conference.
“Teams emerge stronger from defeats, that might seem like a platitude, but it’s true and we already did in the past by going on to win the Scudetto.

“There is disappointment tonight, but we must keep our heads up high, knowing we faced a team that deserved the victory.”
Multiple sources claim that Cesc Fabregas, Roberto De Zerbi, Christian Chivu and Patrick Vieira are among Inzaghi’s potential replacements at San Siro.
Football Italia understands Inzaghi has already received an offer from Al-Hilal, but other options could emerge in the coming hours, especially from the Premier League.
