Juventus are preparing to fight Napoli and Premier League clubs on the transfer market by making a formal bid for Georgiy Sudakov, claim multiple reports.
The Ukraine international midfielder is widely expected to leave Shakhtar Donetsk this summer, having already been approached by several clubs in January.
Shakhtar Donetsk CEO Sergei Palkin had confirmed last week that they were “now in negotiations” and had at least two alternatives.
Now Give Me Sport and Sportitalia both report that Juventus have pushed their way into the scenario with a proposal to challenge Napoli.

It is far from a new show of interest, but the Bianconeri do seem eager to anticipate their Serie A rivals by making a formal offer, something Napoli and Premier League side Brentford are yet to do.
The asking price was believed to be around €60m and it is not clear how much Juventus have proposed, but Napoli had bid €40m in January.
The 22-year-old creative midfielder can also play on the left wing and spent his entire career with Shakhtar Donetsk, coming up through their youth academy.
