Kaio César was rated Corinthians’ standout by supporters after the 1-1 draw with FC Cascavel in a mid-season friendly.

According to Meu Timao, fan scores on the Notas da Torcida platform were largely low. Among the starters, Kaio César led with 6.8 from 171 votes, ahead of Hugo Souza on 5.4 and Rodrigo Garro on 4.7.

Breno Bidon followed on 4.3, with Matheuzinho, Gabriel Paulista and André Luiz each at 4.1. The lowest starter marks went to Raniele on 3.9, Matheus Bidu 3.7, André Ramalho 3.3 and Yuri Alberto 3.0. With no cap on changes, Fernando Diniz fielded almost a different side in each half.

After the interval Corinthians carried more attacking threat, yet grades stayed modest. Goalscorer Matheus Pereira topped the second-half group with 6.1 from 166 votes, followed by Zakaria Labyad on 4.1 and goalkeeper Kauê on 4.0.

André Carrillo had 3.6, Felipe Longo 3.4 after replacing Kauê for the final 20 minutes, and Jesse Lingard 3.3. Pedro Milans received 2.8, Allan 2.5, Fabrizio Angileri 2.4 and Alex Santana 2.3.

The harshest reviews were for Pedro Raul on 1.7 and Charles on 0.7. Used out of position in defence, Charles erred for Cascavel’s equaliser and missed a stoppage-time chance, finishing as the lowest-rated of the 23 used.

Diniz was marked at 3.3 from 156 votes, while referee Murilo Ugolini Klein scored 3.1. Corinthians next play on 23 July, 19:30, hosting Remo at Neo Química Arena in round 19 of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
