Katoto hat-trick fires OL Lyonnes past OM in Coupe de France downpour | OneFootball

Marie-Antoinette Katoto hit her first hat-trick for OL Lyonnes as they swept aside OM to reach the Coupe de France quarter-finals.

Under torrential rain in Martigues, the first of three successive Olympicos, Lyon put the 0-0 against Paris FC behind them by punishing Corinne Diacre’s side. Le Progres notes the rivals meet again in the Coupe de la Ligue on 4 February and in the league on 21 February.

Katoto provided the cutting edge, and there was a landmark for Vicki Becho, who scored on her 100th OL appearance. Wendie Renard was also on the scoresheet against the team coached by her former France boss, with whom she remains at odds.

On a pitch that deteriorated as the game wore on, the Fenottes made six changes yet dominated the contest.

Attention now turns to February’s double-header that will complete this three-match series.
