© IMAGO - Yan Diomande Liverpool
Because of his ability to play on both wings and the fact that he's very two-footed, Diomande is probably the closest profile in terms of similarity to Semenyo.
Just like the Ghanian, the RB Leipzig youngster loves to take players on, and he's very good at doing it. Diomande thrives in one vs one situations and he's a brilliant ball carrier.
He's still raw and doesn't have that much experience at senior level given the fact that he's just 19-years-old. But what he has shown so far at Leipzig is special and it should make Liverpool take notice.
Diomande has the speed and the one vs one ability that Arne Slot's men desperately need right now. He's be a brilliant fit because of the intensity that he plays with and on top of that you can play him on either wing, giving Slot more flexibility.
© IMAGO - Yankuba Minteh Liverpool
Anfield Watch understands Liverpool are big admirers of Minteh. The Gambian has been brilliant in the Premier League so far this season and he has already worked with Slot in the past at Feyenoord.
Minteh's energy and pressing ability for an attacking player is very admirable. He also has an abundance of speed and he works so hard to get back and defend.
He's a real team player, who is more of a facilitator in terms of creating chances for his teammates rather than an outright goal-scorer where sometimes he could make better decisions with his shot selection.
At 21-years-old, with the experience that he has, he would be an outstanding signing for Liverpool and like Semenyo he does have the ability to play on both wings which gives Slot more flexibility.
Right now, Minteh is probably the missing piece in the jigsaw in that attack, so if Semenyo is a player Liverpool miss out on, it would not be a surprise for the Reds to pursue the Gambian youngster.
© IMAGO - Bazoumana Toure Liverpool
Another young winger with incredible speed, Toure is very similar in his profile to Minteh. He is high energy and he's a facilitator rather than a goal-scorer.
Toure will hold width and bomb up and down the flanks using his speed to run past defenders with ease. He's hard to stop when he's in full flow but he's also a very technical player who can hurt defenders even in tight spaces.
The best thing about him is that he's always looking to create. He will constantly supply crosses into the box which is the type of winger Liverpool need right now, with Hugo Ekitike and Alexander Isak both needing more supply.
Liverpool have struck gold when signing an attacker from Hoffenheim in the past, and there's no reason why this trick could not work again.
Like Minteh, Toure would fit Slot's system like a glove.
