Lucas Hernandez accused of human trafficking!

Lucas Hernandez, a 29-year-old defender for Paris Saint-Germain and the French National Team, is involved in a rather troubling case. Paris Match reports that a family is filing a complaint for "human trafficking and undeclared work" in 2024 and 2025.

"The player and his wife are accused of human trafficking and undeclared work by a Colombian family. Between September 2024 and November 2025, a father, his wife, and their three children were employed by the couple, without a legal framework and with extended hours. The plaintiffs are members of a Colombian family who, for over a year, held various jobs for the player and his future wife, Victoria Triay: caretaker, security agents, housekeepers, cooks, and nannies."

As always with a legal case, we urge caution since nothing is certain. A complaint does not mean the person is guilty. Lucas Hernandez and his partner will undoubtedly seek to defend themselves. Justice must be allowed to do its work and unravel this entire matter.
