Manchester United and West Ham interested in Udinese’s Oumar Solet | OneFootball

Oumar Solet has been a leading figure for Udinese this season and the Serie A side could be ready to part ways with the centre-back soon.

Messaggero Veneto have reported that the Friulian side have already started to skim the market for replacements in the summer and Solet’s situation has attracted Manchester United and West Ham. The Premier League clubs have tested the waters for the centre-back, whose current deal in Udine runs out in the summer of 2027.

Solet can indeed depart in the summer transfer window and his price tag had frightened Turkish clubs in the January transfer window. Udinese want a fee of €40m in the summer, but the mark stood at about 30m in the January transfer window. Now, it has risen because of his performances.

Even if clubs in Turkey might not be able to afford that figure, Manchester United and West Ham can find it easier to satisfy Udinese’s demands.
