Memphis Depay named in Netherlands squad for March friendlies against Norway and Ecuador

Memphis Depay, Corinthians' No 10, has been called up by Ronald Koeman for the Netherlands' March international window.

The federation announced the 26-player squad on Friday. The Netherlands face Norway in Amsterdam on 27 March and Ecuador in Eindhoven on 31 March, both on home soil.

Depay is the country's all-time leading scorer with 55 goals, and the leading creator with 36 assists.

The Netherlands have qualified for the 2026 World Cup and are in Group F alongside Japan, Tunisia and the winner of European play-off B, Ukraine, Sweden, Poland or Albania.

This season the 32-year-old has one goal and one assist in 11 matches for Corinthians. His contract with Corinthians runs until 20 June.
