According to a report from L’Équipe, Al-Hilal have not yet reached an agreement with AC Milan for Théo Hernandez (27). The Saudi Arabian side’s opening offers for the France international have fallen short of expectations at Milan.
Al-Hilal have also not yet reached an agreement with the left-back, although they have provided him a contract offer which had been described to the French outlet as “monstrous.” Sources speaking to L’Équipe say that he has been offered €15 million a year.
Milan have not yet given up on convincing Hernandez to remain in Italy beyond the 2026 end date of his contract, and negotiations with the player’s entourage are ongoing. There is no chance that they can match Al-Hilal’s offer, but they believe that they can offer other advantages.
However, if they are unable to convince him to stay, it is expected that he will not see out the remaining year of his contract in Milan.
