Neymar reveals anger wih Barcelona star’s Ballon d’Or finish | OneFootball

Former Barcelona star Neymar Jr. has taken to social media, to make clear his disillusionment with the ranking of fellow countryman Raphinha in the final Ballon d’Or standings.

The Ballon d’Or ceremony of course took place on Monday night, in Paris, France.

Upon an evening of glitz and glamour coming to a close, it was PSG standout Ousmane Dembélé who emerged triumphant, taking home the prestigious ‘Golden Ball’.

As much meant that Barcelona sensation Lamine Yamal was forced to make do with a runners-up spot.

Blaugrana midfielder Pedri, meanwhile, surprisingly did not even manage to crack the top 10.

As alluded to above, though, it was the finish of yet another member of Hansi Flick’s squad which left ex-Barcelona winger Neymar in a state of dismay.

After Raphinha’s sensational last 12 months culminated in a 5th-placed ranking, Neymar took to his official Instagram account, to write:

‘Raphinha at 5! What an absolute joke’
