OL set for six loan returns, including Paul Akouokou

Olympique Lyonnais are set to welcome six players back from loan ahead of the summer window. According to Le Progres, the club expect the moves to be registered during the period from 15 June to one September.

The returning group comprises Duje Caleta-Car from Real Sociedad, Enzo Molebe from Montpellier, Alejandro Gomes Rodriguez from Annecy, Justin Bengui from RWDM Brussels, Mahamadou Diawara from Royal Antwerp, and Paul Akouokou from Zaragoza.

Another case is American goalkeeper Matt Turner, bought from Nottingham Forest for eight M€ by John Textor, then immediately loaned to New England. He has never played for OL.

Among the loanees, Enzo Molebe and Alejandro Gomes Rodriguez could start pre-season with Paulo Fonseca’s group.
