Ousmane Dembélé is Ligue 1’s best-paid player on €1.5 million gross a month and his coach Luis Enrique leads the touchline earners on €1 million in 2026, according to L’Equipe’s salary survey published on Thursday.

PSG occupy the 13 highest player wages in the division, stretching from Dembélé to France goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier on €500,000 a month. Marquinhos earns €1.12 million, with Achraf Hakimim and Lucas Hernandez both on €1.1 million.

Olympique de Marseille’s Pierre-Emile Höjbjerg is the best-paid non-Parisian on €500,000. Team-mates Mason Greenwood and Geoffrey Kondogbia are on €450,000, the same as Parisian Illya Zabarnyi and Lyon’s Corentin Tolisso.

Among coaches, Luis Enrique is well clear. Lyon’s Paulo Fonseca has the second-highest salary at €350,000 a month, ahead of Habib Beye on €230,000 at Marseille. Metz boss Benoît Tavenot is the lowest on €25,000.

On average, PSG pay €650,000 gross per player each month, up from €647,000 last year. Marseille average €300,000, up from €250,000 in 2025, while Monaco remain at €140,000.
