Premier League transfers: Leeds’ rivals land six-foot-nine keeper as Palace lose £52m star | OneFootball

Leeds United kick off their second Premier League season in three weeks, with a flurry of summer deals already sealed. They include a new Leeds rival recruiting a six-foot-nine goalkeeper for £8.5m and Crystal Palace losing a £52m star.

Leandro Trossard went to Besiktas for £15.3m, while Jakub Kiwior and Karl Hein left permanently. Aston Villa signed Johan Manzambi for £50m and Joao Gomes for £38m, with Morgan Rogers heading to Chelsea for £117m and Youri Tielemans to Manchester United for £35m.

Bournemouth signed Alvaro Rodriguez for £21m. Marcos Senesi exited for Tottenham as his contract expired and Luis Sinisterra made a permanent switch to Cruizeiro after a loan. Brentford added Jannik Schuster for £17.2m, Jaidon Anthony for £17m and Callum Wilson on a free, released Jordan Henderson, set to join Chelsea, and sold Frank Onyeka to Coventry City for £8m.

Brighton paid £50m for Luka Vuskovic, £20m for Pascal Struijk and £21.5m for Zadok Yohanna. Jan Paul van Hecke joined Tottenham for £52m, James Milner retired and Joel Veltman, Solly March and Adam Webster departed at contract end.

Chelsea landed Maxence Lacroix from Crystal Palace for £52m and Morgan Rogers for £117m, and appointed Xabi Alonso as head coach. Marc Cucurella left for Real Madrid for £51.8m and Alejandro Garnacho joined Aston Villa on loan, with Tyrique George moving to Everton for £18m.
