It's been a long time coming for PSG star Bradley Barcola.

Despite the French side's heroics in the Champions League last season, in which they went on to win the competition, the 23-year-old has not scored on the European stage since February last year.
In fact, his last goal in the Champions League came against Brest in February 2025.
So there was arguably no better time to step up with a crucial goal than inside the opening 10 minutes of the first leg of PSG's round of 16 tie with Chelsea.
In space in the box, Barcola struck on the half volley to find the back of the net and fire his side into a much-needed lead at the Parc des Princes.
Barcola is now on 11 goals in all competitions this season, leading the way with Ousmane Dembélé as PSG's joint-top scorer.
Unfortunately for PSG, the visitors were able to produce a response before the break as Malo Gusto fired home an equaliser on the half hour mark.
Who will come out on top after the first leg?
