Real Madrid’s Franco Mastantuono excluded from Fiorentina friendly, Serie A transfer on the cards | OneFootball

Multiple Italian clubs have been hovering around Real Madrid talent Franco Mastantuono and now, there are signs he could be heading to the Serie A soon.

Tuttomercatoweb report that the Argentine has been excluded from Los Blancos’ squad for the upcoming friendly against Fiorentina. This is mainly due to issues related his potential transfer and he isn’t carrying an injury or fitness problems.

Fiorentina themselves have been interested and they are currently the leading candidate for his signature, having already signed another Real Madrid talent in Victor Valdepenas. Fabio Paratici has an excellent relationship with the Spanish side and can use to sign the Argentine but the competition is fierce.

Juventus, Milan and Roma are pursuing his signature, with Benfica and English clubs also in the race. Real Madrid are only keen on letting him depart on loan – following the Endrick model, when the Brazilian joined Lyon in January and thrived in France. This is a problem for suitors in Italy, who would like to have an option to buy or execute a deal similar to the one involving Nico Paz and Como.
