Santos post third-worst profit of season in 3-1 win over Vitória at Vila Belmiro | OneFootball

Santos posted a profit of R$ 118,096.52 from their 3-1 win over Vitória at Vila Belmiro on Saturday 30, in the 18th round of the Brasileirão. The crowd was 11,172, the club’s 10th biggest of the season, and gate receipts totalled R$ 483,217.50. It was the club’s third-worst profit of the season.

The CBF’s financial bulletin recorded total match expenses of R$ 365,120.98. That comprised R$ 357.50 in rent and insurance, R$ 48,981.76 in taxes and fees, and R$ 315,781.72 in operational costs.

Santos’ largest takings this season came against Coritiba at Neo Química Arena, a crowd of 45,662 underpinning a R$ 1,236,715.55 profit. Strong revenues were also posted against Red Bull Bragantino at Neo Química Arena and Fluminense at Vila Belmiro.

Other home fixtures at Vila Belmiro to draw five-figure crowds included Corinthians in both the Brasileirão and Paulistão, plus Remo and Atlético-MG.

The lowest league crowd at Vila Belmiro was 6,291 for Red Bull Bragantino, while the Copa do Brasil tie with Coritiba delivered the smallest profit, R$ 31,929.05.
