The second leg of Saints and Boro's play-off semi final comes up on Tuesday night
After the first leg of their Championship play-off semi-final at the Riverside Stadium ended goalless, Southampton and Middlesbrough face a straight shootout to reach Wembley Stadium on May 23rd.
One of Tonda Eckert or Kim Hellberg's sides are potentially just 180 minutes away from a return to the Premier League, with Saints gaining 'home advantage' for the second encounter at St Mary's by finishing one goal in front of Boro in the Championship's 46-game regular season.
These two ties, though, have largely been overshadowed by a well-documented 'spygate' saga, which is still being investigated.
Such allegations from a Middlesbrough perspective has since seen other second tier clubs approach the Teesside club over concerns that their own training sessions were watched by Southampton staff members, with Eckert's team only losing once in all competitions since January 17th.
The German, meanwhile, gave a premature end to his post-match press conference after the goalless draw at the Riverside after continuing to face multiple questions on the situation, as he and the club were unwilling to comment further than reference a statement which was published last Friday after Saints were charged by the EFL.
As such, it is expected to be yet another night of drama and tension both on the pitch and in the stands, with Southampton needing to defeat their opponents for the first time this season if they are to book a swift return to North London following their FA Cup semi-final clash with Manchester City last month, whilst Boro haven't featured under the arch since a 2-0 defeat to Norwich City in the play-off final 11 years ago.
With that said, Football League World have all you need to know regarding how you can keep up with what is set to be a dramatic second leg, which could go all the way to penalties.

As is the case with all EFL Championship play-off encounters, this particular matchup will receive plenty of coverage both nationally and globally as a result of the end prize being reaching the Premier League.
With no Premier League action scheduled on Sky Sports on Tuesday evening, the fixture will be available on both Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football, with coverage starting at 7:30PM ahead of the 8PM kick-off.
The coverage slot is pencilled in until 11PM at present, but this could be subject to change depending on whether the second leg is decided in 30 further minutes of extra-time and potentially penalty kicks, which would only add to the chaos and drama involving these two sides within the past week.
The match can also be streamed on the Sky Sports mobile app, and those without Sky memberships can watch the match by purchasing a NOW Sports Day or Flexible Month Membership pass.
Those of a Saints and Middlesbrough persuasion can also tune into pre-match, in-game and post-match commentary on their respective BBC local radio stations (Solent / Tees) from 7PM.
Unsurprisingly, both home and away allocations were sold out as early as May 6th at St Mary's, meaning a crowd of approximately 32,000 will be expected.

Unsurprisingly, there is a school of thought that Middlesbrough could have had the first leg, and potentially, the tie, sewn up by half-time on Saturday, as they had 17 shots to Saints' none, but only four were on target and none found their way past Daniel Peretz.
It has been a similar story recently for Hellberg's team, who passed up their chances of automatic promotion in similar fashion, although they will still fancy their chances of a positive result on the South Coast.
For the hosts, they will be expected to play in a manner which is still an improvement on their second-half display in the North East, even though Eckert was still satisfied with Southampton's overall showing under immense pressure.
However, with it being the play-offs, it is proving a tight call in terms of predictions, as anything can happen from here on in.
