RC Strasbourg Alsace will have to do without Joaquín Panichelli until the end of the season, after the Argentinian suffered an ACL injury while on international duty. With Emanuel Emegha returning from an injury of his own and not ready to play 90 minutes, it leaves Le Racing short of options up front. David Datro Fofana is one of those options, however, in Thursday night’s UEFA Europa Conference League encounter against Mainz, it is Julio Enciso who is expected to be preferred in the No.9 role.

Gary O’Neil must contend with the absences of Abdoul Ouattara, Aaron Anselmino, and Panichelli, but one player who has spent much of the season on the treatment table is Maxi Oyedele. However, the Polish midfielder is now fit and firing and he is expected to start tonight.
