FC Barcelona have all but secured their second signing of the summer in the form of Roony Bardghji, confirms Fabrizio Romano.
The 18-year-old winger arrived in Catalonia on Friday to complete his transfer from Copenhagen FC, with a deal having been agreed a few weeks back.
And, as per Romano, the Swedish prodigy has signed his contract as a new Barcelona player today, and an official announcement of the transfer will be made in the coming days.
The transfer expert reveals that Barcelona have shelled out a fee of around €2 million to secure Bardghji’s signing from the Danish club.
Further, the young winger has signed a four-year contract with the club that runs until the summer of 2029.
Bardghji becomes the second signing of the summer for Barcelona after the arrival of Joan Garcia from RCD Espanyol.
As has already been reported, Bardghji will be involved in the pre-season with the Barça first-team squad this summer, starting from Sunday, when he will be subjected to medical tests.
The youngster is also expected to be on the flight for the pre-season tour of Asia. Upon returning, he will juggle duties between the senior setup and the Barça Atletic team in the Spanish fourth division.
