Ticketmaster pulls offer to run Corinthians Fiel Torcedor programme and ticketing | OneFootball

Ticketmaster withdrew its proposal on Wednesday to take over Corinthians’ Fiel Torcedor programme, ticket sales and the access system at Neo Química Arena.

According to Globo.com, the US company ended discussions after the offer became public.

The bid envisaged a five-year deal, with advances on receivables of R$100 million in the first season and R$150 million in the second, plus a direct sponsorship worth R$40 million.

In a document sent to the board on Saturday, Ticketmaster also proposed building a customised platform for Corinthians supporters, with integration to major international events.

The company offered to refurbish lighting at the Fazendinha stadium in Parque São Jorge to improve conditions for women’s football and make the venue suitable for concerts and other large events.

The plan also included the possibility of a museum at Neo Química Arena, while Corinthians still have an offer from Ingresse and are in advanced talks with another sector player.
