Sergio Conceicao stormed off after just one question during the press conference when Milan lost the Champions League play-off to Feyenoord.

The coach was made to wait over 15 minutes outside the hall at the De Kuip stadium in Rotterdam following the match, having already spoken to the Italian television stations.

When he did eventually get to sit behind the desk, he answered one question and promptly walked off.

“I waited 15 minutes outside, now I’ve done my 30 seconds and that is enough.”

The answer he did give was to a question asking if he expected more from that Milan performance.

“We knew what the atmosphere was like, about their aggression, we knew all that. Games become difficult if you don’t win the duels.

“We started well with a Reijnders chance, then conceded the goal, these things happen. It was not a fortunate match. We should’ve done more and we did have the opportunities to at least equalise.

“Alright, now I have summarised the game for you. Seeing as I waited 15 minutes outside, now I’ve done my 30 seconds and that is enough.”

He was irritated at being made to wait while Feyenoord defender Gijs Smal held a longer than expected press conference.
