Watch Lorenzo Pellegrini’s opening goal for Roma in a Derby against Lazio, which he celebrated with a transfer message for the Giallorossi.

The Italy international was surprisingly picked by Claudio Ranieri, making his first home appearance in Serie A since October 31.

It was a wise choice, given that Pellegrini broke the deadlock after just 10 minutes with a stunning curler from the edge of the box.

His celebration was also a transfer message as the 28-year-old repeatedly touched the Roma badge on his shirt. There have been reports that Napoli and Inter have set sights on the Roma captain in the January transfer window.

Belgian winger Alexis Saelemaekers remarkably doubled Roma’s lead just eight minutes later.
