Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick was left looking altogether impressed by a moment of excellence produced by a member of his defensive ranks in training this week.

The player in question? Ronald Araújo.

Barcelona are of course in the thick of preparations for a return to action this weekend.

With the October international break now complete, the Blaugrana have been pencilled in for a La Liga meeting with Girona on Saturday evening.

Fresh off a pair of back-to-back defeats, Barca’s players, in turn, have set about staking their respective claims for a starting berth in the Catalan Derby.

And as alluded to above, one such star did his chances no harm with a moment of quality late this week.

During a training drill, the aforementioned Ronald Araújo showed off his technical abilities, by way of a brilliant goal.
