West Ham produced another dramatic comeback to claim a 3-1 victory over Burnley at London Stadium, securing their first back-to-back wins under Nuno Espirito Santo.

Burnley took the lead in the 35th minute when Zian Flemming powered a header past Alphonse Areola from a Lesley Ugochukwu delivery.

The home side responded quickly, with Callum Wilson nodding in from close range after a deflected Crysencio Summerville effort to level the scores just before half-time.

It took West Ham around 30 minutes of the second half to assert themselves, but Tomas Soucek proved pivotal once again. He first bundled in from close range after Martin Dubravka spilled Lucas Paqueta’s curling strike, then later drove into space and fired a low shot that Dubravka parried straight to Kyle Walker-Peters, who scored with only his second touch of the game.

Josh Cullen pulled one back for Burnley in injury time, but it was too little, too late.

The win moves West Ham level on points with Burnley, though they remain 18th on goal difference, while Burnley stay just above the relegation zone in 17th.
