Dennis Cirkin confirmed on Tuesday evening that he will leave Sunderland when his contract expires this summer. The announcement comes amid mounting transfer interest in several Black Cats players.

Eliezer Mayenda could seek a fresh opportunity for more minutes, with Football Insider claiming newly relegated West Ham are monitoring the 21-year-old Spanish youth international and have admired him for some time.

The same report suggests he could yet move to a top European league if he departs, and it is unclear whether he would drop back to the Championship, making any Hammers push difficult.

In France, Foot Mercato reports that Toulouse are keen on winger Romaine Mundle and have already seen an initial approach rejected.

The Ligue 1 club are expected to return in the coming days, while RC Strasbourg are also understood to be keeping tabs on the 23-year-old.

Mundle endured an injury-hit debut Premier League season, making 14 appearances, 12 from the bench, his last in February’s 3-1 defeat to Fulham.

Elsewhere, the Daily Mail says Hull City are eyeing a £10 million move for Royal Charleroi midfielder Yacine Titraoui, who has also been linked with Leeds United and Marseille.

Foot Mercato has since played down suggestions of a switch to Wearside.
