Youssef Belammari’s move to Al Ahly has now been completely finalized, confirming the exclusive report published by the outlet four days ago. Recent developments have further validated the initial information, with all parties involved reaching a definitive agreement.

Following confirmation of a full agreement between the Cairo-based club and the Moroccan left-back, a new factor played a decisive role in accelerating the conclusion of the deal. Moroccan defender Achraf Dari once again made it clear that he had no intention of joining Raja Club Athletic, a firm stance that forced Al Ahly to adjust the structure of the transfer.

In response, the Egyptian giants agreed to increase the financial component of the deal, allowing them to complete the buyout of Belammari’s contract without including Dari as part of the transaction.

Africafoot sources also reveal that Al Ahly officially secured the approval of Raja Club Athletic’s management on the evening of Saturday, December 13, 2025. This crucial breakthrough definitively confirms Belammari’s departure during the upcoming winter transfer window and reinforces the accuracy of Africafoot’s earlier exclusive revelations.

The green light from Raja’s leadership came after several days of intense negotiations, with the Casablanca-based club opting for a January transfer to maximize financial returns before the player’s contract reaches its final phase. Al Ahly, for its part, remained committed to meeting Raja’s financial demands and accepted the necessary adjustments to finalize the operation.

From a practical standpoint, Youssef Belammari is expected to travel to Cairo in the coming days to undergo the customary medical examination. Barring any last-minute complications, the Moroccan international will then sign his contract and officially become an Al Ahly player starting next January.
