Zenit sign Felipe Augusto from Trabzonspor in €20m transfer, Corinthians entitled to 2.5%

Zenit have sealed the signing of Felipe Augusto from Trabzonspor of Türkiye, with Corinthians entitled to a solidarity payment.

According to Globo.com, the transfer is valued at 20 million euros, around R$ 118.1 million, and is expected to comprise 16 million fixed plus 4 million in add-ons. He is expected to arrive in Russia on Saturday to sign his contract.

The 22-year-old left-footer produced the best season of his career, scoring 15 in 40 matches. He finished joint second top scorer for Trabzonspor with Ernest Muci.

Having played for Corinthians from ages 13 to 19, the club are entitled to 2.5% of the total fee under FIFA’s solidarity mechanism. If all targets are met, that would be R$ 2.95 million, or 500 thousand euros.

Felipe Augusto claimed his first senior trophy in 2025/26, winning the Turkish Cup.
