Leeds United supporters turned out in force at Elland Road for Friday night’s pivotal league meeting with already relegated Burnley, enjoying a rare burst of warm weather.
According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, a 31-photo gallery by photographer Steve Riding captures the colour and noise of the occasion.
Five days after the 1-0 FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea at Wembley, this was the final outing under the LS11 lights this season.
Fans knew a win would put Leeds on the brink of securing Premier League survival by moving nine points clear of third-bottom Tottenham Hotspur.
With the temperature around 25 degrees, shorts and T-shirts filled the stands as 36,265 turned Elland Road into a sea of yellow, white and blue.
The images feature three generations from Norway, plenty of pints and a lengthy queue for Graveleys fish and chips.
