MIAMI – The 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup continues with Club America hosting Nashville SC in the Second Leg of their Quarterfinal series on Tuesday at Estadio Banorte in Mexico City, Mexico.

Club America did not obtain an away goal on U.S. territory but will turn to its home field to get going offensively. Alejandro Zendejas was a pillar in the back for Las Águilas, finishing the first leg with five interceptions – the most the player has recorded while playing for America in all competitions.

Nashville SC didn’t find the back of the net on home soil but showed a structured defensive line, becoming the second MLS team to record a clean sheet against a Liga MX club in the competition.

Sam Surridge is one of the scoring leaders in the current MLS season and will seek to bring his league form to the Champions Cup.

Away goals serve as the first tiebreaker in the aggregate score. Another nil-nil draw would force extra time. A penalty shootout would also be played, if necessary.

The winner of this series will advance to the Semifinals to face the winner of the Tigres UANL and Seattle Sounders FC series.
