In a recent report, Radio Radio mentioned that Arsenal are prepared to move in for Juventus winger Kenan Yildiz. It is believed that the Gunners are ready to make a €60m offer and could include Leandro Trossard as a makeweight in a deal to sign the Turkish wide player next year.

Yildiz’s Impressive Form In Serie A

Yildiz has enjoyed a good run of form for Juventus this season as he has put in a few productive displays on the left side of their attack. The Turkish talent has been involved in five matches for the Turin outfit so far, scoring two goals and grabbing four assists in multiple competitions.

The 20-year-old deserves a ton of credit for averaging 1.76 shots per 90 minutes in Serie A. He has kept 57.1% of his attempts on target. Yildiz has also been tidy when distributing possession from the left flank after completing 81.5% of his attempted passes in the top tier of Italian football (stats via fbref.com).

His current contract at the Italian club will expire in the summer of 2029, which could make it difficult for Arsenal to snap him up on the cheap next year.

Arsenal Are Prepared To Move In For Yildiz: Is He A Prospect For The Future?

Yildiz is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet and can make a few promising runs with the ball in the wide areas. He can shoot the ball with power from long range and has got the vision to create some inviting chances for his teammates to find the back of the net.

The Turkish sensation is primarily a left-winger but can also operate as a right-sided wide player or as a striker if required. However, only time will tell whether he can adapt to the physical side and high intensity of the Premier League if the Gunners manage to sign him next year.

Yildiz would no doubt enhance the quality of Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta’s frontline in the long run. He is more than capable of earning a regular first-team spot at the North London club.

At 20, Yildiz is undoubtedly a prospect to watch out for in the future. Thus, the Gunners would do well to bring him on board in 2026.
