Atalanta ready to sell Djimsiti, eye Todibo, Romagnoli or Kristensen | OneFootball

Atalanta are expected to sell Berat Djimsiti to Al-Diriyah. He is understood to have asked to leave after receiving a lucrative two-year proposal from the Saudi Pro League side.

Sky Sport Italia reports that Udinese defender Thomas Kristensen is one option under consideration.

It has been suggested Atalanta have discussed Jean-Clair Todibo with West Ham United. He is viewed as the first choice, though likely only available on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.

Another possibility is Lazio centre-back Alessio Romagnoli, who worked well under Maurizio Sarri and does not appear eager to remain at the Stadio Olimpico.

Romagnoli had been due to fly to Qatar to join Al-Sadd, but negotiations collapsed again after earlier setbacks in January.

The fee for Djimsiti is expected to be around €three million, a figure that would satisfy the Bergamo club. Kristensen had already been on new sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli’s radar during his Juventus tenure.
