Avaí win in Copa SC second phase at under-13 and under-14 level

Avaí’s U-13 and U-14 teams got off to a strong start in the second phase of the Santa Catarina Cup. Playing at the CFA, both sides earned convincing wins last weekend.

On Saturday (11), the U-13 team thrashed Brusque 6-0. João Luccas, Davi Garcez, Eliezer, twice, Valentim and Alan scored Avaí’s goals. In the next round, the team will face Joinville away from home on Saturday (18).

Then on Sunday (12), it was the U-14 team’s turn to take the field. Leão da Ilha beat Nação 4-1, with goals from Bruno de Sá, João Lucas, Vinícius Lessa and Brenno. Their next match will be against Brusque in Brusque on Sunday (19).
