Beşiktaş snatch stoppage-time win to extend unbeaten run

Beşiktaş 1-0 Kayserispor in İstanbul as El Bilal Toure's stoppage time header extended the hosts' unbeaten Süper Lig run to seven and kept them fifth.
In the 21st minute Tammy Abraham forced Bilal Bayazit into a smart save after neat approach play.
Abraham tested the goalkeeper again (36.). Ersin Destanoğlu then saved from Carlos Mané before the break to preserve parity.
After the restart, Kara Kartal kept pressing. Cengiz Ünder and Jota Silva were introduced as Sergen Yalçın refreshed the front line, and Orkun Kökçü began to find space between the lines.
The breakthrough arrived in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time, when Toure glanced in Kökçü's cross for the decisive header.
Kara Kartal controlled the ball with 68.7% possession and produced 31 attempts, nine on target. Kayserispor mustered nine attempts and made 39 clearances under sustained pressure.
The defeat ends Kayserispor's four-match unbeaten run in the league. Next, Kara Kartal visit Eyüpspor. Kayserispor host Başakşehir.
