Biereth over Balogun as AS Monaco keep back three for Strasbourg | OneFootball

AS Monaco will start Mika Biereth ahead of Folarin Balogun and stick with a back three for the Coupe de France last-16 at Strasbourg on Thursday 5 February, 21:00.

According to Nice-Matin, Sébastien Pocognoli again selects a 3-4-2-1, mirroring the approach used against Juventus and Rennes.

Philipp Köhn starts in goal with Teze, Zakaria and Kehrer retained. Zakaria captains.

Coulibaly and Camara keep their places in midfield. The wing-backs change, Vanderson and Caio Henrique come in for Diatta and Ouattara.

Akliouche returns to the XI to support Biereth alongside Golovin. Balogun, who came off injured last time out, is on the bench. Biereth has not started since 16 January against Lorient.
