FC Bayern is currently working on two of the summer’s most important transfers simultaneously. While the signing of Nathaniel Brown is getting closer and closer, the negotiations for Ismael Saibari are proving to be significantly more complicated. Nevertheless, the Munich club remains optimistic about both players.

The phones are ringing off the hook at Säbener Straße. With Nathaniel Brown and Ismael Saibari, FC Bayern aims to sign two of Vincent Kompany’s top targets and strategically strengthen the squad for the upcoming season.

Negotiations with Eintracht Frankfurt and PSV Eindhoven are both at an advanced stage. However, the starting points for each deal have now diverged significantly.

Brown transfer in the home stretch

In the case of Nathaniel Brown, signs are mounting that a deal will be finalized soon.

The German international has already made it clear that he wants to move to FC Bayern and is reportedly set on joining only Munich. Furthermore, Bayern and Eintracht Frankfurt have significantly narrowed their differences in recent days.

Particularly important: The Hessians appear to have slightly adjusted their original demands of up to 65 million euros. At the same time, Bayern’s current offer includes a substantial upfront payment, which suits Frankfurt’s interests.

Negotiations are therefore considered to be well advanced. There are strong indications that the deal could be finalized in the coming days.

The situation is different for Ismael Saibari.

According to information from Sky, negotiations with PSV Eindhoven are significantly more complex than those with Frankfurt. While Bayern’s offer is generally already in a range that comes close to the Dutch club’s expectations, there are still unresolved issues.

In particular, the structure of the transfer fee is currently a point of discussion.

Similar to Frankfurt, PSV also places great importance on a large upfront payment. Furthermore, the Dutch club is seeking a higher guaranteed transfer fee and a smaller share of bonus payments.

These very details are currently being worked on intensively.

Unlike Eintracht, however, Eindhoven appears less willing to compromise at this stage. PSV wants to push its position through as consistently as possible and, given its strong negotiating position, sees no reason to make major concessions.

Kompany is pushing for Saibari

For Vincent Kompany, the transfer remains a top priority.

The Bayern coach is considered a strong advocate of the signing and is said to have lobbied intensively internally for the Moroccan international. Saibari impresses above all with his versatility, his dynamism, and his ability to fill multiple offensive roles.

The player himself is also said to have already agreed to a move to Munich.

Despite the complicated negotiations, there are currently no signs that the deal is in jeopardy.

All parties involved continue to work toward an agreement. Nevertheless, the current situation shows that even negotiations at an advanced stage are no guarantee of a successful conclusion.
