Martin O’Neill’s side will be aiming to extend their winning run to three matches after recent victories against FC Utrecht and Falkirk.
Following the Hoops’ 2-0 win over John McGlynn’s men on Sunday at Celtic Park, the Scottish champions head north to face Aberdeen at Pittodrie, with the hosts still searching for a permanent replacement after parting ways with Scottish Cup winning manager Jimmy Thelin last month.

Ahead of tomorrow night’s fixture, the Scottish FA has announced the match officials, with Don Robertson appointed as referee for the encounter. He will be supported by Daniel McFarlane and Colin Drummond who are linesman.
Meanwhile, VAR duties will be handled from Clydesdale House by Grant Irvine with Gary Hilland on AVAR.
Robertson has been a regular appointment for Celtic fixtures this campaign, having already taken charge of five of the Hoops’ matches.
His previous appointments include Celtic’s narrow 1-0 victory over St Mirren on the opening day, a goalless draw with theRangers at Ibrox in September, and a 0-0 stalemate against Hibernian at Celtic Park in the same month.
He also refereed Celtic’s emphatic 4-0 win over Kilmarnock in November, as well as a 2–1 defeat to Hearts in Wilfried Nancy’s first match in charge in December.
For Aberdeen, this will be Robertson’s fourth appearance as referee this season, having previously overseen their games against Dundee, Hibernian, and Livingston.
In other news, new signing Junior Adamu’s loan deal will see Celtic paying a loan fee of £432,000 to Freiburg and should Celtic wish to take up the option to buy clause in the summer, the transfer fee has been set at £4.3m, this according to an update from Anthony Jospeh at Sky Sports.
Meanwhile Adamu insists he is looking forward to get going at Celtic. He said via the club’s YouTube channel: “I’m very excited to be here and I can’t wait to get started. I want to give my best for this club and try win the title, also the cup, and to score a lot of goals and help the team, and I also want to improve as a player.”
“I’ve spoken with the manager and he’s given me good motivation, and I trust him, he’s given me that trust, he’s told me how the system is and I feel the connection is really strong.”
“I’m dangerous in the box and hungry for goals. That’s what the manager sees in me and I want to show that on the pitch.”
“I can’t wait to be in the stadium, I’ve seen a lot of videos and it looks amazing, and I can’t wait to get started.”
