Corinthians goalkeeper Lelê has returned to training at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava after completing the CBF concussion protocol. She had been sidelined for about 10 days following a head collision in the Supercopa do Brasil against Palmeiras on 7 February.

The incident came in the 16th minute, when Bia Zaneratto challenged on a rapid break and her knee caught Lelê’s head. The keeper was replaced under the protocol, with Nicole Ramos coming on during the first half.

Lelê then missed Corinthians’ Campeonato Brasileiro opener. Nicole started the 1-0 win over Atlético Mineiro at Arena MRV in Belo Horizonte.

The club said in a statement that her return would be phased under the supervision of the Núcleo de Saúde e Performance do Corinthians, with a minimum five-day stand-down on medical advice. It also required tests confirming no symptoms and a medical report detailing treatment.

Even after resuming training, Lelê remains a doubt for the Brabas’ next fixture. Corinthians face Fluminense at 21:30 on Friday 20 at Neo Química Arena in the second round of the Brasileirão.
