‘A Night to Remember’ event will see ex-Premier League stars take to the ring in London
David Bentley and Jody Morris will headline a five-fight ‘Night to Remember’ charity boxing event this weekend.
Former Arsenal goalkeeper Graham Stack has organised a unique gala that will pit 10 former footballers against one another in the ring, aiming to raise £500,000 for four charities.
Among the stars supporting the event are former Premier League players Joe Cole, Peter Crouch and Ray Parlour, while the likes of Darren Barker, Enzo Maccarinelli and James DeGale will bring the boxing nous.
Curtis Davies also takes on Paddy Kenny, while Leroy Lita meets David Noble, Lee Trundle battles Anthony Gardner and Greg Halford clashes with Marvin Elliott.
‘A Night to Remember’ is set to take place on Saturday October 18, 2025.
The event will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair, London.
The five-fight card will kick off at 8:20pm BST, with the main event expected before 10pm.

Stack has gone on record in saying that Saturday’s bouts are “not about the result in the ring, but the results outside of it”.
But there is no reason to think there won’t be a certain London derby flavour as former Chelsea star Morris and ex-Tottenham man Bentley face off.
The cards may well fall in Bentley’s favour, for two reasons. First, he has youth on his side, being five years Morris’ junior. He also has a physical advantage, being four inches taller than his opponent, a factor which may well give him the edge.
Bentley to win.
