Former Chelsea teammates Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas have been nominated for induction into the Premier League Hall of Fame for 2025.

Both players were key figures in Chelsea’s title-winning campaigns during the late 2010s, and they could soon earn a spot alongside some of the greatest players to ever grace the Premier League.

The Blues already have five legends inducted into the Hall of Fame among the 24 current members.

Ashley Cole and John Terry joined the exclusive list last year, taking their place alongside Petr Cech, Didier Drogba, and Frank Lampard.

Now, there could be two more former Chelsea stars in the elite group, with Hazard and Fabregas nominated for the 2025 inductions.

Hazard spent seven years at Chelsea and cemented his place as one of the best players in the world, producing several moments of brilliance that lit up the Premier League.

He won the Chelsea Player of the Year award four times, while he was named the Premier League Player of the Year in 2014/15 following an electrifying campaign that ended with the Blues winning the title.

Aside from his impressive numbers, Hazard was the kind of player who could singlehandedly win games for Chelsea with his nimble footwork and devastating finishing ability.

Meanwhile, Fabregas established himself as one of the best midfielders to ever play for Chelsea during his five-year spell in West London.

Developed at Arsenal and moulded by Barcelona, Fabregas returned to the Premier League in 2014 and quickly became the heartbeat of the Chelsea midfield.

His passing range was world-class, and he was part of the Chelsea team that won the Premier League title in 2014/15 and 2016/17, playing alongside Hazard.

Only Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs (162) and Manchester City legend Kevin De Bruyne (119) can boast of more assists than Fabregas (111) in the Premier League’s all-time charts.

Fabregas and Hazard are among 15 nominees for the 2025 induction alongside other legends such as Sol Campbell, Michael Carrick, Jermain Defoe, Patrice Evra, Les Ferdinand, Robbie Fowler, Gary Neville, Michael Owen, Teddy Sheringham, David Silva, Yaya Toure, Edwin van der Sar, and Nemanja Vidic.
