Galatasaray ‘to explore’ Antoine Griezmann deal in winter window | OneFootball

Fotomac reports that Galatasaray have identified Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann as a leading target for the winter window and could explore a mid-season move.

The claim arrives weeks before the clubs are due to meet in a high-stakes continental clash on 21 January 2026.

Recent recruitment has brought Victor Osimhen, Leroy Sané and İlkay Gündoğan to Istanbul, and the hierarchy believe their presence could help persuade Griezmann to join the project at RAMS Park.

Despite being 34, the France World Cup winner remains central to Diego Simeone’s side. He has made 26 appearances this season, contributing seven goals and one assist.

His market value is put at about €11 million, yet any move would require major negotiation. Griezmann is under contract with Atletico until 2027, so Galatasaray would need a compelling sporting and financial case to prise him away mid-campaign.
