The referee for the Nigeria vs Morocco semi-final at AFCON 2025, Daniel Laryea, will take charge of the Super Clash on Sunday between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.

The Ghanaian football world is holding its breath for the historic showdown between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak: the Super Clash. To officiate this blockbuster match on matchday 22 of the Ghana Premier League, the federation has appointed Daniel Laryea.

At 38 years old and boasting more than a decade of experience, this man in black is well known to African football fans, having officiated two high-profile matches at AFCON Morocco, including Burkina Faso vs Algeria in the group stage and, most notably, the semi-final between Nigeria and Morocco.
