With the season entering its decisive phase, Hansi Flick is doing more than just tactical practice. As such, he is launching a complete psychological operation to fuel Barcelona’s treble dream.
In fact, according to AS, the German has transformed the walls of the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper into a canvas of conviction, covering them with motivational slogans aimed toward unifying and galvanising his players.
Among the messages now emblazoned across the club’s training base are lines like “All united, we make Barça” and “The strength of everyone makes us one.”
But one phrase in particular has grabbed all the headlines: “We will achieve the treble.”
Interestingly, that is not just a hopeful assertion, as it is a mission. By doing this, Flick desires his players to visualise glory whenever they step into the Sports City, and it is no coincidence that this message is printed with bold prominence.
The manager is making it crystal clear that the intention is not just one trophy, but the treble.

Flick goes all in, and he is not doing it all by myself. He has added a psychologist and a publicist to help shape the mental and emotional attention of his team.
It is a move that suggests how significantly he is taking the challenge of achieving a historic treble.
For what it is worth, it is no longer just Flick who believes in it, as the players are fully on board. Many have been talking publicly about the opportunity of achieving the treble for the third time in the club’s history.
This Saturday, their belief faces its first main test. Barcelona will clash with Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey final—a game that might make or break the momentum for the final phase of the campaign.
With a four-point cushion over Madrid in LaLiga and a Champions League semi-final clash with Inter looming, the stakes couldn’t be higher.
Whether the slogan on the wall becomes prophecy or wishful thinking remains to be seen. But one thing’s for sure: Flick has made his intentions clear. The treble isn’t just a dream. At Barcelona, it’s now a mission.
