Hull City have confirmed that Eliot Matazo has suffered an ACL injury.
It is the second time that the midfielder has suffered the serious knee injury, this time to his right knee.

The 24-year-old has only just returned from his previous ACL injury, starting the 2-1 defeat to Charlton on Saturday before being forced off after just 11 minutes.
But he is now set for another lengthy spell on the sidelines in a huge blow for Hull.
