Hull City face Bristol City in the Championship on Saturday, 7 February 2026 in Hull, with the hosts protecting a play-off position and the visitors looking to stay in the top half fight.
Hull City are third on 54 points after 30 games, while Bristol City are 10th with 43. The visitors won 4-2 when the sides met in August.
Hull are unbeaten in five, winning four league games before a midweek draw with Watford. City's recent run has been mixed, with wins over Portsmouth and Sheffield Wednesday offset by defeats at Ipswich and a heavy home loss to Derby.
Both squads have absentees. Hull list Matt Crooks, Semi Ajayi, Cody Drameh, Darko Gyabi, Mohamed Belloumi and Nathan Tinsdale as injured. The Robins are without Max Bird, Rob Atkinson and Luke McNally.
Ryan Giles' delivery has brought eight assists this season, and Hull could look to feed Oliver McBurnie and Joe Gelhardt, who have 11 and 10 league goals respectively. For City, Scott Twine leads their scoring with eight, while Ross McCrorie's six assists point to a supply line down the flank that could test Hull's defence.
A home win would strengthen Hull's grip on the play-off places and keep pressure on the top two. City, meanwhile, could close the gap to the top six and consolidate their top half ambitions.
