Inter Milan are moving quickly to secure Francesco Pio Esposito and his long-term future at the club.
A meeting is scheduled for next week between the Nerazzurri and the striker’s agent Mario Giuffredi to begin formal contract extension talks, according to FCInterNews.
The Italian has caught the eye of Premier League clubs this season.
Sides like Arsenal have reportedly been making preliminary enquiries about his availability.

Inter have no intention of letting him leave and want to get a new deal agreed before the summer window opens.
The club’s proposal is to extend Esposito‘s contract until 2031.
This is one year beyond his current expiry and will significantly increase his salary.
His current package stands at around €1.5 million including bonuses.
Inter want to more than double that, offering in the region of €3-3.5 million.
Indeed, reflecting his growing importance to the squad.
The timing is no coincidence.
With Lautaro Martinez facing around a month on the sidelines, Esposito carries greater responsibility than ever.
Inter are determined to show their commitment to a player they see as central to their long-term plans.
His recent performances, four goals in 2026 alone, have only strengthened that conviction within the club.
